Methyl Hexa Hydrop Phthalic Anhydride(MHHPA)

MHHPA is the mixture of two isomers: Methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride, MHHPA and Methyl-1,2-cyclohexanedicarboxylic anhydride. Solubale in benzene, acetone but sensitive to moisture.

MHHPA is a thermosetting Epoxy curing agent, mainly used in the field of electronics and electricity fields. MHHPA obtains following advantage when used in the Epoxy compounds:

  1. Low melting points
  2. Low viscosity of the mixtures with alicyclic Epoxy resin
  3. Long applicable period(pot life)
  4. High heat resistance of the cure materials
  5. Excellent electrical properties at high temperature
